Chief lawmaker congratulates Al-Ghais for being named OPEC chief

KUWAIT, Jan 4 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's chief lawmaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim on Tuesday congratulated his compatriot Haitham Al-Ghais on being chosen by an overwhelming majority as the secretary general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
