RIYADH, Nov 27 (KUNA) -- The Saudi-led coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen confirmed on Saturday that it launched air strikes at "legitimate" targets and destroyed drones and weapons workshops in Dhahban neighborhood in Sanaa.
The coalition was quoted by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) as saying in a tweet that the strikes have achieved their goals, and the operational assessment of threats requires continuation.
It called on civilians to keep away from the targeted sites, the agency said.
The coalition confirmed that preventive measures were taken in order to avoid impacts on civilians and their properties during the recent airstrikes, which, it said, were in line with international humanitarian law and its norms. (end)
