Saudi Arabia reports two virus deaths, 47 infections

RIYADH, Oct 24 (KUNA) -- Saudi health authorities on Sunday confirmed two new fatalities and 47 more cases due to the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Thus, the kingdom's death toll and overall cases since the outbreak of the viral bug have risen to 8,778 and 548,252 respectively, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
It also reported 36 more recoveries, taking the total number of cured patients up to 537,282. (end) mdm.mt
