Kuwait army chief meets Italian military official

KUWAIT, Oct 24 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah met on Sunday Italian Under Secretary of Defense Giorgio Mule, on the occasion of his official visit to the country.
Both sides discussed bilateral ties, cooperation, and issues of common interest, especially in the military field, the army said in a statement.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, Major General Fahad Al-Nasser.(end) ak.nhq
