Earthquake shakes China's Sichuan province, killing three, injuring 60

BEJIING, Sept 16 (KUNA) - At least three people killed and 60 injured after a 6.0-magnitude earthquake jolted the southwestern province of Sichuan, said Chinese Authorities Thursday.
In a statement, the emergency office of Luzhou City in Sichuan Province said that the earthquake, which occurred at 4.33 am (China time), caused the collapse of hundreds of buildings and houses in the city.
The China Earthquake Networks Center said the epicenter of the earthquake was 29.2-degree north latitude and 105.34-degree east longitude. It struck at a depth of 10 km. (end) mab.aa
