RIYADH, Aug 4 (KUNA) -- The Saudi-led coalition to support the legitimate Yemeni government announced Wednesday night that its forces had shot down an explosives-laden drone launched by the Yemeni Houthi militia towards civilian targets in the southern Saudi city of Khamis Mushait.
The coalition vowed to take all necessary actions to counter Houthi attacks on people and civilian facilities in the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
It also added that it would take all necessary operational measures to deal with the sources of imminent threat to civilians in line with the international law and international humanitarian law. (end)
