Saudi Arabia suffers 12 new deaths with coronavirus

KUWAIT, July 25 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia declared on Sunday registering 12 deaths with COVID-19 in addition to 1,194 new contamination cases with the virus past 24 hours.
The ministry said in its daily report that the death toll climbed to 8,167 and the tally of the infected settled at 518,143.
In Doha, the Qatari public health ministry said in a statement that medical authorities recorded 126 new infection cases with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) past 48 hours. Meanwhile, the caseload reached 225,198, the ministry statement said.
As to recoveries, it counted 137 new cases, putting tally of the healed at 222,976.
In Abu Dhabi, the UAE health ministry said in a statement that four coronavirus patients died and 1,528 individuals contracted COVID-19 over the past 24 hours.
The death toll related to the pathogen climbed to 1,920 and the caseload to 671,636. (end) nnd.rk
