NEW DELHI, April 22 (KUNA) -- Indian health authorities said on Thursday that 2,104 people succumbed to COVID-19 while 314,835 positive cases were registered from different parts of the country in the last 24 hours.
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that fatalities due to COVID-19 mounted to 184,657 while the total positive cases surged to 15,930,965.
According to the ministry, 13,454,880 people recovered so far from the pandemic as it spread to 35 Indian states. (end)
