AMMAN, April 18 (KUNA) -- The Syrian Ministry of Health said on Sunday that 138 people tested positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, bringing the country's caseload to 21,142.
Nine more fatalities were recorded over the past 24 hours raising the death toll from the illness to 1,446, SANA news agency reported, citing a statement from the ministry. (end)
