PARIS, April 17 (KUNA) -- France confirmed 189 COVID-19 deaths, and 35,861 infections in the past 24 hours on Saturday.
A statement by the Ministry of Health said that the total fatalities reached 100,404 casualties, along with 5,260,182 infections since the pandemic started.
The statement added the death toll in the country reached 100,593 people, while the number of patients in the intensive care unit reached 5,877 cases. (end)
