KUWAIT, April 12 (KUNA) -- Foreign Minister and Minister of State of Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations Monday to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
In the cable, Sheikh Ahmad, on behalf of the foreign ministry members, wished Kuwait and its people further progress and prosperity under the Amir's wise leadership. (end)
