Kuwait Amir condoles with Prince Charles over his father's demise

KUWAIT, April 9 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has addressed a cable to His Royal Highness Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, expressing deepest condolences on demise of his father, His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
His Highness the Amir, in the cable, wished Prince Philip forgiveness, and the Royal Family patience, recalling his noble stances toward the State of Kuwait and the high-esteemed stature he had enjoyed at the local and international levels as well as his contributions for serving his homeland.
Meanwhile, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah addressed an indentical cable to Prince Charles, praying for the deceased soul to rest amid mercy.
For his turn, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah also sent a cable of identical content to Prince Charles. (end) tib.rk
