TEHRAN, March 8 (KUNA) -- Iran declared on Monday recording 99 new deaths with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in past 24 hours.
Spokesperson of the ministry of health Dr. Sima Sadat Lari said in a statement death toll due to the contagious germ reached 60,786 and contaminations up to 1.698,005.
As to recoveries, the whole count reached 1.449,350. (end)
