KUWAIT, March 4 (KUNA) -- Chinese health authorities said Thursday 10 persons tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, all came from abroad, but no deaths were reported.
Xinhua news agency quoted a statement by the National Health Commission as saying total infections in mainland reached 89,943 and deaths remained at 4,636.
It added the number of people with Covid-19 who came from abroad increased to 5,040.
It said 19 persons recovered from the virus and left hospitals in the past 24 hours to reach 85,130 while there were still 177 patients receiving treatment. (end)
