ANKARA, Feb 28 (KUNA) -- Turkish Health Ministry said Sunday that 66 people died of COVID-19 and 8,424 others tested positive over the past 24 hours.
The figures pushed the death toll to 28,569 and overall infections to a little over 2.7 million, added a ministry statement.
Recoveries went up by 6,511, making it a tad over 2.57 million, it noted. (end)
