RAMALLAH, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- Palestine on Tuesday reported 1,996 new coronavirus cases and 10 deaths due to contamination with the contagious disease, over past hours.
Palestinian Minister of Health Dr. Mai Al-Kailah said in her daily press briefing that 1,120 patients were pronounced as cured during the same period.
However, 92 patients have remained at intensive care units, she said. Among them, 26 are attached to respirators and life support apparatuses. (end)
