China records 75 COVID-19 infections, no deaths

KUWAIT, Jan 27 (KUNA) -- China recorded on Wednesday 75 additional COVID-19 infections, while no deaths occurred in the last 24 hours.
Overall infections increased to 89,272 cases, whereas the death toll stabilized at 4,636 fatalities, the National Health Commission was quoted by Xinhua News Agency as saying.
Additionally, the total number of healed cases increased to 82,774 after adding 98 fresh recoveries, but still 1,862 patients remain hospitalized, it mentioned. (end) mab.lr
