BERLIN, Jan 17 (KUNA) -- Germany said Sunday 445 people died of coronavirus and 13,882 persons tested positive for the contagious disease in the past 24 hours.
Robert Koch Institute said in a statement deaths reached 46,419 and infections were 2,033,518.
Chancellor Angela Merkel met with prime ministers of regional governments two days ago to discuss how to confront the second wave of the pandemic. (end)
