India: 175 COVID-19 deaths, 15,158 new cases

NEW DELHI, Nov 20 (KUNA) -- Indian health authorities said on Saturday that 175 people died of coronavirus while 15,158 tested positive across the country in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the death toll due to COVID-19 rose to 152,093 while the tally of positive cases reached 10,542,841.
The health ministry said some 10,179,715 people recovered from the pandemic as it spread to 35 Indian states.
Kerala, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh have the country's most active cases. (end) atk.nhq
