RABAT, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- The Mauritanian Health Ministry on Saturday reported two deaths from the coronavirus (COVID-19) and 178 more infections in the past 24 hours.
In a press statement, the ministry added that the death toll from the disease climbed to 184 and the total infections hit 9,359.
The number of recoveries rose by 23 to 7,835, it noted.
Up to 1,340 cases are still receiving treatment at hospitals, it stated. (end)
