Saudi Arabia COVID-19 deaths up by 11, cases by 263

RIYADH, Dec 1 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia's confirmed coronavirus cases climbed by 263 as related deaths rose by 11 over the past day, the health ministry said on Tuesday.
The death toll now stands at 5,907 as confirmed cases hit 357,623, according to ministry data, which showed the number of recoveries as having risen by 374 to 347,176. (end) mdm.sd
