WASHINGTON, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- The US recorded over 205,000 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours as the confirmed cases nationwide surpassed 13 million.
According to Johns Hopkins University, the US recorded 205,557 new coronavirus cases and 1,404 new deaths nationwide.
The tally showed that the confirmed cases nationwide reached 13,088,821 and at least 264,858 deaths.
Furthermore, 89,834 people are currently hospitalized with coronavirus in the US, according to the Covid Tracking Project.
The US ranks first globally in the number of coronavirus and deaths. (end)
