TEHRAN, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- Iran recorded 391 deaths and 13,402 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24-hours, which is the highest recording since the embarking of the spread.
The spokesperson of the Iranian Health Ministry, Seema Sadat Lari said, the total number of deaths due to COVID-19 amounts to 47,486, while the cases total 935,799.
She also added that 648,831 patients have recovered from all areas across the country.
For a while Iran has been facing a third wave of the COVID-19 spread under such conditions of exponential rise in cases and deaths. (end)
