KUWAIT, Nov 28 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to Albanian President Ilir Meta on his country's national day.
His Highness the Amir wished president Meta all good health, well-being and his country top prosperity and progress.
