VIENNA, Nov 25 (KUNA) -- Total coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in Austria reached 259,471 after 5,802 cases were reported in the last 24 hours, said the Health Ministry Wednesday.
A statement by the ministry indicated that the number of deaths stood at 2,667.
Around two million tests were conducted since the outbreak began in the country.
Over 189,000 individuals recovered from the viral infection.
Austria imposed a curfew, which begins at 8:00 p.m. local time until 6:00 a.m. daily in an effort to contain the new outbreak. (end)
