KUWAIT, Nov 19 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a cable from Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki who congratulated him on assumption of office, wishing him luck.
