VIENNA, Nov 17 (KUNA) -- Total infections, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Austria, reached 213,972 after 5,984 cases were uncovered in the last 24 hours, said the Health Ministry Tuesday.
A statement by the ministry indicated that the number of deaths stood at 1,887.
Around two million tests were conducted since the outbreak began in the country.
Over 129,000 individuals recovered from the viral infection.
Austria imposed a curfew, which begins at 8:00 pm local time until 6:00 am daily in an effort to contain the new outbreak. (end)
