KUWAIT, Nov 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations for Professor Alpha Conde following his re-election as President of Guinea, wishing him good health and for bilateral ties to further development.
