Kuwait MoH: 671 new COVID-19 infections, 6 deaths

KUWAIT, Oct 30 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Ministry of Health declared on Friday 671 new coronavirus cases during past 24 hours raising tally to 125,337.
MoH spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said in a statement to KUNA that four patients who suffered from the germ contamination passed away, putting total number of mortalities with the contagion at 773.
Number of patients receiving medical care at intensive care units reached 108, Dr. Al-Sanad said, adding that all confirmed infection cases that continued to receive medical care reached 8,362.
Number of swab tests conducted, during the past 24 hours, amounted to 6,221, with the whole number of the examinations hitting 911,354.
Dr. Al-Sanad appealed anew upon citizens and residents to take all necessary precautions against the pandemic.
The ministry declared earlier today that 727 patients recovered during the past 24 hours, with the count of the cured reaching 116,202. (pickup previous) mak.aa
