S. Korea adds 119 new virus cases, total now at 25,955

TOKYO, Oct 26 (KUNA) -- South Korea added 119 new coronavirus cases on Monday, bringing the country's total caseload to 25,955, according to Yonhap News Agency.
The country reported no additional deaths, keeping the total at 457, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.
Of the newly identified 94 local infections, 20 cases were reported in the capital city of Seoul and 65 from the surrounding Gyeonggi Province.
Given the ups and downs in daily new virus cases, health authorities have been saying that the country's COVID-19 pandemic is at a manageable level since it eased the social distancing scheme to the lowest level on October 12, which allowed South Koreans to resume most of their daily activities while following basic guidelines.
