MoH: 812 new coronavirus infections in Kuwait, 10 deaths

By Mohammad Al-Kanderi KUWAIT, Oct 23 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Health announced, Friday, 812 new coronavirus (COVID-19) infections, raising the total to 120,232. Deaths reached 740 with the addition of 10 fatalities Official spokesperson of the Ministry of Health Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad told KUNA that there were 122 patients receiving treatment at the intensive care wards. Those still receiving treatment amounted to 8,052.
The health authorities conducted 7,853 swab tests in the past 24 hours, raising the whole count to 865,560, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad added.
Earlier, the Health Ministry announced the recovery of 726 people from the coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the tally to 111,440. (pickup previous) mak.gta
