KUWAIT, Oct 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah praised efforts of His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and ministers in performing the ministerial tasks entrusted to them.
During a meeting with His Highness the Prime Minister at Bayan Palace Tuesday, His Highness the Amir affirmed high confidence in the current government to continue carrying out its tasks and performing the constitutional duties and completing the preparation for the upcoming legislative elections to continue the democratic process.
His Highness also called on everyone to abide by the duties and responsibilities in line with the constitution and laws in order to achieve progress of Kuwait.
His Highness the Prime Minister, at the onset of the meeting, submitted his and the government resignation to His Highness the Kuwait Amir. (end) tb.sam
