Iran: 166 deaths of COVID-19, 2,845 new cases

TEHRAN, Sept 19 (KUNA) -- Iran recorded Saturday 166 deaths, in addition to 2,845 new positive cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past 24 hours.
The health Ministry spokesperson Sima Sadat Lari said in a statement that the total infections in the country increased to 419,043, while the total deaths rose to 24,118.
The recovery cases in the country increased to 357,632, the statement added. (end) mw.gaa
