Syria: 59 new COVID-19 infections, tally at 2,563

AMMAN, Aug 28 (KUNA) -- The Syrian Ministry of Health on Friday affirmed 59 new coronavirus infections. The Syrian news agency (SANA) quoted the ministry as saying that total of infections in the country reached 2,563, while deaths surged to 103 after confirming three death cases in the past 24 hours.
