Sudan registers 82 Covid-19 cases, six deaths

KHARTOUM, Aug 13 (KUNA) -- Sudan Thursday said 82 people tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 24 hours while six persons died of the disease.
A ministry of health statement said total registered cases reached 12,115, including 786 deaths.
It said 23 persons recovered from the virus to reach 6,305.
Sudan began gradual lifting of the curfew on Khartoum, which was imposed on April 18 in a bid to curb spread of the virus. (end) mam.bs
