Russia: 116 new COVID-19 deaths, 5,267 infections

MOSCOW, Aug 6 (KUNA) -- Russia, on Thursday, confirmed 116 new coronavirus (COVID-19) deaths in last 24 hours, bringing the total to 14,606.
In a statement, the Russian Emergency Center said that the coronavirus infections climbed to 871,894 after reporting 5,267 new cases.
Some 7,331 individuals recovered from the virus, putting the total at 676,357. (end) as.gta
