RABAT, Aug 2 (KUNA) -- Mauritania Health Ministry said Sunday that four people contracted the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) in the past 24 hours, bringing the overall infections to 6,323.
The new cases of infection were the result of 134 lab tests in various parts of the country, Mauritania news agency quoted health officials said in the daily briefing.
Recoveries reached 5,115 after reporting 72 new recoveries in the past 24 hours, however no deaths were reported, and the number of deaths from Covid-19 remains 157 patients. (end)
