Morocco suffers 15 new COVID-19 deaths, 522 infections

RABAT, Aug 2 (KUNA) -- The Health Ministry of Morocco reported Sunday 15 new coronavirus fatalities, and infections reached 522 in the past 24 hours.
In a press statement, the ministry also confirmed that 475 people did recover from the virus in the past 24 hours.
This raises the total number of infections in the North African nation up to 25,537 since the pandemic outbreak, it said.
It added that the total number of patients recovering reached 18,435. (end) mry.mb
