His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah left for the US early Thursday for completing medical treatment following his recent successful surgery.
His Highness the Amir was seen off at the airport by His Highness Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Al-Ghanim, His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, cabinet ministers and several senior state officials.
His Highness the Amir is accompanied in his trip by Deputy National Guard chief Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. (end) ibi
