KUWAIT, July 18 (KUNA) -- Global coronavirus cases topped 14 million Saturday as the reported deaths reached over 600,000, said Johns Hopkins University (JHU).
The tally showed that the confirmed cases worldwide reached 14,109,173 whereas the recorded deaths reached 602,711.
The US, Brazil and India are the only countries worldwide with over one million cases whereas the US and Brazil have the highest number of deaths globally.
This comes as 237,743 new coronavirus cases were reported to the World Health Organization in the last 24 hours, CNN reported, according to a new situation report published on Friday. (end)
