S. Korea adds 45 new virus cases, total at 13,338

TOKYO, July 10 (KUNA) -- South Korea reported 45 new cases of the coronavirus on Friday, raising the country's total caseload to 13,338, according to Yonhap News Agency.
The death toll increased by one to 188, the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.
The country identified 23 more imported cases, posting double-digit numbers for more than two weeks.
Starting Monday, all foreign nationals arriving from a number of high-risk countries are obligated to hand in certificates issued within 48 hours proving that they tested negative for the virus.
The government also has ordered regular flights from risky countries to limit the number of passengers to 60 percent of their capacity.
Sporadic cluster infections across the nation also continued to rise, mostly attributable to religious facilities where worshippers gather en masse in a closed environment. (end) mk.sd
