RABAT, July 9 (KUNA) -- The Mauritanian Ministry of Health reported Thursday five more COVID-19 deaths, bringing the toll to 144.
In his daily presser, Director of the Ministry's Public Health Department Ould Al-Zahhaf said that 39 people tested positive for the illness over the past 24 hours, taking the country's caseload to 5,126.
Meanwhile, 32 patients have been discharged from hospital, taking the overall recoveries to 2,026, he added. (end)
