KUWAIT, July 7 (KUNA) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anas Al-Saleh on Tuesday appreciated the constructive role of Kuwait Society of Layers in serving the issues in the country.
This came while Al-Saleh was receiving president of the Society Sherian Al-Sherian and members at the Ministry's H.Q, the ministry's security media and public relations department said in a press statement. Al-Saleh, also Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, and the Society's members discussed forming a joint committee to adopt the public issues, remove obstacles and protect public funds as well as enforce law on all to serve the country's interests, it added.
The Society's chief and members thanked the security institution for its unlimited support to their body.
They submitted a detailed memo on developing action, facilitate measures and offer enough guarantees on technology change within a comprehensive mechanism, it noted. The Ministry's Undersecretary Lt. Gen. Essam Al-Naham and Assistant Undersecretary for legal affairs, research and studies Maj. Gen. Majed Al-Majed were present. (end) ns.hm
