S. Arabia: 49 new deaths due to COVID-19 infection

RIYADH, July 7 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia declared on Tuesday recording 49 new deaths as a result of infection with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in addition to 3,392 positive cases in the past hours.
Saudi Ministry of Health said in a statement total number of deaths from the germ reached 2,017 and infections amounted to 217,108.
It also reported 5,205 new recoveries with the total of such cases amounting to 154,839. (end) mdm.rk
