Kuwait Amir cables Japanese Emperor expressing sorrow on human losses in floods

KUWAIT, July 6 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah addressed a cable on Monday to the Japanese Emperor Nurahito and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe expressing deep and sincere condolences on the human losses due to THE torrential rain and floodS on the southwestern island of Kyushu.
His Highness the Amir wished the injured quick rocovery, hoping officials of the friendly country would cope with repercussions of this natural catastrophe.
Their Highnesses the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, respectively Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, addressed cables of identical sentiments of solidarity and sympathy to the Emperor and the prime minister of the friendly Asian nation.
