ADEN, July 5 (KUNA) -- Yemen's higher national commission against coronavirus said Sunday that a person has died from the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) and 17 others tested positive for the illness over the past 24 hours.
The new fatality, identified in Hadhramaut governorate, took the death toll in the country to 338 while the new cases pushed the caseload to 1,265, according to a press release from the commission.
Meanwhile, 15 patients have recovered, taking the overall recoveries to 552, the statement added. (end)
