Arab Parliament strongly condemns Houthis' attacks in Saudi Arabia

CAIRO, July 3 (KUNA) -- Arab Parliament strongly condemned on Friday the Houthi militia's cowardly attacks, including the launching of four booby-trapped drones against Saudi Arabia earlier in the day.
These repeated attacks show a clear violation by Houthis to international law and humanitarian standards, including a threat to stability and security of the region, Arab Parliament President Mishaal Al-Salmi said in a statement.
Al-Salmi praised the capability and readiness of the Saudi-led coalition forces in confronting these attacks, including the success of eliminating them before reaching their target.
Al-Salmi affirmed the parliament's support and solidarity with Saudi Arabia in maintaining stability and security in the region.
Earlier, the Saudi-led military coalition fighting Yemen's Houthi group said it had destroyed a quartet of drones laden with explosives launched by the militia towards the kingdom. (end) mfm.mb
