AMMAN, June 25 (KUNA) -- Syria said on Thursday that 11 more people tested positive for the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), raising the country's count of confirmed cases to 242.
No deaths due to the infectious respiratory illness were reported in the last 24 hours so the death toll remained unchanged at seven, the ministry of health said in a statement, carried by Syria's official news agency (SANA).
The number of cured Covid-19 patients rose by two to 96, it added. (end)
