Sudan: new seven deaths due to coronavirus

KHARTOUM, June 3 (KUNA) -- Sudan declared on Wednesday registering new seven deaths and 189 infections with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Sudanese Ministry of Health said in a statement overall count of persons infected with the virus reached 5,499 including a total of 314 deaths.
Meanwhile, number of patients who were pronounced as cured of the virus-caused ailment amounted to 1,711 with 86 new cases.
Administration of the capital Khartoum has decided to extend the total lockdown, in place since April 18, in a bid to weaken vigor of the contagion. (pick up previous) mam.ibi
