Re-opening of mosques in Gaza next Wednesday - Palestinian Ministry

GAZA, June 1 (KUNA) -- Palestinian Ministry of Endowments in Gaza Strip announced Monday the re-opening of mosques in all Palestinian governorates in Gaza to perform all prayers starting from the dawn of next Wednesday.
The Endowment Undersecretary Abdelhadi Al-Agha said in a press conference "it has been decided to open mosques from next Wednesday to perform all prayers, at the same permitting those who wants to perform their prayers in homes." Al-Agha called on worshipers to adhere to all rules and preventive measures, such as "bringing a prayer mat, wearing a face cover or shield, and spacing between worshipers in each row, and so on.
The official stressed worshipers with chronic and contagious diseases to pray in their homes and not to come to mosques. (end) wab.mb
